• Travel appointments: we go to the borrowers home, office, mutual place. All documents properly signed witnessed and notarized by a Certified Signing Agent, Days, Evenings or Weekends, 24/7 Appointments Available
• Let us handle your courtesy signings. borrowers sign in your spare office or conference room. reduce your workload peak closing periods. There when you need  us, gone when you don't.
• I Maintain a Journal of Notarial Acts for all signings, I also obtain a thumb print for all real estate transactions.

Our standard fees and other information for performing duties as your signing agent are as follows:

• We receive documents via email in either adobe PDF, Swiftview,  DynamicDox, or VMP (.elx) formats. We also can receive them via fax as last resort. There is a $50 surcharge for fax, we also print second set borrower. A special notary handling fee $10 for return of split packages and a $2 per sheet for all fax backs of documents
• Please try to arrange for document delivery on day prior to scheduled signing if at all possible. This allows for review and generally an early departure for long road trips. We normally receive UPS and FedEX  shipped documents between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, Saturday delivery is accepted.
• Effective 1.1.2005 our signing fee schedule has changed, In order to comply with IRS reporting procedures our method of accounting and billing have been adjusted as follows. The standard Singing fee is now $35 and. Mileage/Time is now $50. These fees and services are separate and independent of one another and they are billed as separate chargeable fees in whole.

• I will return same day, hour permitting to your the signing and completed package. You must supply the return tracking and mailing slips or account number
• Payment for services rendered shell be deemed as soon as possible after completion of closing. Payment will be considered wholly delinquent after 60 days time
